If you had any doubt about that LG was about to drop their high-end 2017 phone on the world at MWC, Qualcomm has just removed that doubt thanks to an obviously-premature tweet from the chip maker. We now have our first official confirmation of the LG G6.

Qualcomm has now pulled down the tweet, but not before we (and the rest of the tech press, obviously) took a screenshot:

There’s not a lot new here. The G6 has leaked so many times now that all this really does is confirm what we’ve already seen, with perhaps an indication of 3 of the colours that will be offered – Black/Grey, Silver and White/Rose Gold models are shown off in these images.

We’re preparing for LG’s event, starting in under three hours and will bring you the official news – and hopefully a more detailed look at whatever LG is announcing – later today.

What do you think about what we’ve seen of the G6 so far? Tell us in the comments!
