Google has today announced a new update for G Suite users, giving them better tools for managing large events with more than 200 attendees.
Tools include the ability to export guest lists of those attending the event to Google Sheets giving an easy way to track how many people and who is attending the event. Also coming is a more dynamic way of controlling mailing lists. The Calendar will now invite any new group mailing lists with new members and remove those who leave after the invite has been sent.
The update will roll out to G Suite users over the next 2 weeks.
