Wednesday , October 24 2018 Ausdroid » Sony Mobile World Congress press conference confirmed for Day 1 of the show

With CES now a mere memory the next big show on the calendar is Mobile World Congress in Barcelona which runs from the 26th of February to the 1st of March. While many companies will be announcing their products during press day on the 25th February, Sony will be holding their press conference on the first day of the show.

The event will kick off at 8:30AM CET on the 26th of February (that’s 6:30pm AEDT back here in Australia) at their booth on the show floor. The expectations are high that we’ll see the Sony Xperia XZ Pro which leaked last night announced at the event, and possibly more.

Ausdroid will definitely be in attendance at Mobile World Congress this year to bring you all the all the news and hands-on impressions of anything they announce. If you want however you’ll be able to follow along through the live-stream which Sony will host on their website.

What would you like Sony to announce at Mobile World Congress?

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
