This is going to cost me a small fortune. Google has today launched a new sale on Google Play with their 80s Throwback Hits offering movies from the 1980’s from just $4.99.

There’s a lot of movies to grab here, with classic titles like Labyrinth, Blade Runner, The Goonies, Lethal Weapon, Beetlejuice, The Shining and Stand By Me for sale at just $4.99. Some of the titles are only on offer in SD format, but there’s some in HD format as well. If you want to pay more you can also snag great titles like Ghostbusters, The Karate Kid (all three are there, what fourth movie?), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Kickboxer, The Blues Brothers, Heathers, The Breakfast Club, Predator and loads more.

There’s over 30 movies listed in this sale, and I guarantee I’ll end up buying a goodly amount of them. If you’re interested you can head over to Google Play and check them out now.
