After seeing the launch of the Marvel Avengers: Infinity War Hero Vision Iron Man AR Experience prior to the New York Toy Fair earlier this year, it appears the kit has landed in Australia with Big W now stocking it for $99.99.

The kit includes all you need – except a phone – to get an Iron Man experience in Augmented Reality. A 1:1 scale Iron Man mask is included and all you have to do is insert a compatible phone. The list of phones compatible is small, with just the Google Pixel 1, Samsung S7, Samsung S7 edge listed. Hasbro notes that ‘Due to size restrictions with the Hero Vision mask, any “Plus”, “Notes” & Samsung S6 devices cannot be supported’.

Once you’re up and running, the mask, with AR Goggles built-in, AR Gauntlet and AR markers allow you to see and interact with villains from the Marvel universe. There’s even an Infinity Stone included with the pack as well apparently.

The headset isn’t showing on the Big W website, but is on the Hasbro Australia website if you want to delve into it.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
