Google has a history of adding in tools, games and more into search results and they’ve done it again adding breathing exercises right into search results.
To find the breathing exercises all you have to do is search for ‘deep breathing‘ or ‘breathing exercise(s)‘ to get a 1-minute guided mindfulness exercise to control your breathing. The exercise simply guides you through breathing in and out in a controlled manner – around five seconds breath in and five seconds breath out.
The exercises show up in both desktop and mobile search results, and there’s no sound associated so you can perform the mindfulness exercise anywhere simply watching your screen.
