If you thought that with the Galaxy Note9, Galaxy Tab S4/A series announced that the Galaxy launches were over for the year – think again. Today Samsung sent out press invites to a 4x Fun event.

The invite is to an event on October 11th, with the event to be live streamed as usual on the Samsung YouTube account and their samsung.com/galaxy site as well.

The 4x Fun event is possibly the launch event for a new camera focused phone with four cameras on the rear – at least based on a cryptic tweet from leaker @iceuniverse earlier this month. In a followup it was clarified that from their knowledge all four cameras were on the rear.

In terms of what is coming, that’s about all we have, so we’ll have to stay tuned to find out what’s going on.
