We’re almost at the end of 2018, and it’s time for everyone to start looking back over the year that was. Google has today announced their ‘Best of’ 2018 awards across the range of categories in the Google Play Store, including the announcement of the Users Choice winner in Apps and Games.

The Users Choice category was announced a few weeks back, allowing Google Play Users to choose from their favourite apps and games from a set list. The winners are:

Google has also announced the winners of the ‘Best of’ 2018 across the Books, Movies and TV sections, as well as their Best of Apps and Games. In addition to the User Choice app and game category winners, there are five sub-categories, with five apps and five games listed under each:

The Best of for the Book (eBook and Audiobook), Movie and TV categories are made up of the ‘Top Selling’ entries in each. There’s no ‘Top Seller’ just a list of each.
