After offering 99c Movie rentals earlier this week, Google has moved on with their offers but there are some good ones to take its place with cheap recent release movies on offer to rent or buy, as well as 50% off the latest season of South Park.

If you’re in the market for a recent release movie to purchase you can nab either Thor: Ragnarok or Mission Impossible: Fallout for just $15 each in the latest offers. The offers are showing up as banners in both the Google Play app on your phone/tablet as well as on the web. The $14.99 price tag gives either movie in HD quality, but it’s only for a limited time.

Also up on the Play Movies & TV store is an option to rent the latest Jumanji movie starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart for just $2.99 in 4K quality. You’ll obviously need the infrastructure (TV + Chromecast Ultra + Internet connection) capable of streaming in 4K resolution, but it’s a decent offer.

Finally, if you’re a fan of the South Park franchise then you’ll love being able to purchase the latest season (Season 22) of the long running series for just $8.99 in SD/$9.99 in HD.

The sales are for a limited time only, so if you want to take advantage you’d better get in fast.
