The range of collectible Android Mini figures available from Dead Zebra is growing by at least one with the announcement of a new Android Mini for the upcoming Chinese New Year.

It’s the Year of the Pig this year, and the new mini will go on-sale on the 1st of February at 11am EST – that’s 3am AEDT on the 2nd of Feb for those here in Australia.

The 3″ tall Year of the Pig mini is just as cute as the entire range of Android Minis have been to date, though a fun twist means that one in 10 boxes will contain a limited edition ‘extra lucky’ special tri-tone version of the Android Mini.

There’s no pricing announced as yet, but they usually retail for around $10-$12 USD with shipping an additional cost.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
