The Google Home Mini is a great way to get your smart home started. You can control much of your connected equipment either directly via assistant or through integrations such as IFTTT. With its successor, the Nest Mini on the horizon it’s not surprising to see clearances on the Home Mini start to appear.

As is often their way, JB Hi-Fi are leading the charge with the twin pack of Google Home Mini for $79 which is a pretty sweet price. If you don’t want or need two, it’s easy to split a pair with a friend or family member.

Will a discounted home mini be the drive you need to get started, or expand your smart home setup? Or will you be waiting for the Nest Mini to see what Google bring to the party?
