With the Pixel 4 set to launch in just a few days it seems there’s no end in sight to the leaks. Thanks to an APK tear down we’ve now gotten a look at what looks to be an introductory offer for buyers of the Pixel 4 – – 3 months free access to Google One.

Found in the Google One app .APK it looks like owners of the Pixel 4 will get a 3 month free trial of the 100GB version of the storage/ back up/ loyalty app from Google. The 100GB plan is $2.49 AUD/ month so it’s not exactly excellent value getting $7.47 free access for a phone that will be priced well over $1000, but still it’s nice to try it out.

That said, Google One’s new backup features does make it a powerful companion to an Android phone, and along with the other bonuses you get has so far been an excellent investment for those of us who have subscribed. At this stage we’re not sure there’s going too many surprises left for the Pixel 4, here’s hoping Google has at least one more thing to surprise us with.
