Totally agree. iOS devices get updates available from day 1 on recent devices. The selling features of OneUI is that it gets timely updates. Not acceptable that Android 10 was released 4 months ago and it comes with the previous OS. It had want to be able to be installed after opening!

it dosen’t matter it was released in 2019 and its getting android 10 soon and you are completing ios they are horrible value and expensive

HMD need to hang their heads in shame, for releasing this AndroidOne device on Android 9.
