TCL is a popular brand in the Australian TV landscape, especially for those looking for a value for money. At CES 2021 TCL has announced that they will be launching a line of Smart TVs powered by Google’s latest TV software, Google TV in the USA to start and then rolling out to other parts of the world.

While there are very little details at the moment TCL has said that the Google TV line would include models including Mini-LED, 8K and QLED displays. TCL has long offered models with Android TV and it’s great to see them adopting Google TV across some of the 2021 line up.

With TCL traditionally offering TVs at multiple market segments this news should single the regardless of your budget if you are looking for a new Smart TV with the latest Google has to offer there will be an option for you. We have reached out to TCL Australia to determine if Australia is included in “other parts of the world”, and for local pricing and availability.
