Google introduced the ability to connect to Exchange accounts from within GMail for Android last year, but some accounts weren’t able to sync. Today, Google has announced that with the latest update to GMail for Android, Exchange support should soon be available to all users, whether on Google Apps, or a Gmail account on all devices.
Once you get the update, you’ll be able to simply go to the Nav Drawer and select ‘Add Account’ then sync an Exchange account by entering the details of your Exchange server.

Google is starting to roll the update out now, with an aim to get it out within 3 or more days. Keep your eye on the Google Play store for update notifications.
