If you liked the look of that unannounced Sony smartphone that was leaked last week, then it appears you could be able to buy one according to an advertisement on Croatian classified site Njuškalo – sort of Gumtree for Croats.
The listing for the phone, described as a Sony Xperia X Performance with a ‘a non-slippery metal housing’, asks 468€ (around $688AUD), for the handset – cheap, unless you factor in Sony lawsuits. The hardware on the phone lists a 5.1″ display with a 23MP rear camera and 12 MP front camera – somewhat different to the specs expected for the Sony F833X (F8331 and F8332).
The phone is looking pretty nice but whether it’s worth the legal headaches is another matter. Sony generally has announcements for new phones at IFA in early September, so we should hopefully see something official there.
It really does look lovely. And cheap! That’s probably less than it will sell for outright when it actually arrives 😉
