  • I am unable to send or receive photos on my Kogan Android phone. I was alerted to the fact I needed to engage MMS and have followed your instructions to enter my carrier (Optus) details. However, there is no provision in my phone for "MMS Protocol (Android 2.1+)" nor can I see a radio button to press on return to the APNs menu after entering an APN. Any suggestions, please.

  • I have purchased a Samsung S5 from Catchadeal and it has come from the US, with T-mobile branding. I cannot get the hotspot to work it comes up with "mobile data is not available or invalid sim. I have changed the APN to different configurations to no avail. I have contacted Telstra and Samsung and have not been able to fix. When you go into Tethering and Hotspot the screen has a message about adding Smartphone Mobile Hotspot service to your rate plan - which is an American thing not for here.I couldn't get MMS at first, but now can with the correct APN. Can anyone help?
