We have seen a reasonable amount of information about the OnePlus band including just a few days ago with an accidental leak. Now it’s officially launched and available — in India for now — online, the device is a budget friendly fitness tracker that is set to compete head on with the likes of the Xiaomi MiBand and is expected to make its way to further markets soon.

The 1.1 inch screen can display a number of watch faces to customise the look of your device, also complemented by interchangeable bands. In daily use, you’ll see many useful (as you would expect from fitness tracking devices) features including:

  • IP68 rating
  • Up to 14 day battery life (dependent on your activity levels)
  • Blood Oxygen saturation monitoring
  • Sleep tracking
  • A wide variety of fitness activity tracking
  • Music and Camera controls
  • A variety of notification options

The device costs Rs 2,499 which equates to roughly AU $45, making it very much on the budget end of the fitness tracker market. Despite that though, it’s a nice looking device and seems well deserving of a look if they come to Australia.
