The cost of mobile data is dropping slowly with Virgin Mobile today announcing they will offer 12GB of 4G data on $50 SIM plans.
The SIM only plan is open to Virgin Mobile customers who want to upgrade or are new to the network and comes with free voicemail as well as unlimited standard standard SMS. The Virgin Mobile network is of course run on the Optus network, so unfortunately Optus customers won’t be able to take advantage of the offer, but everyone else is welcome to check it out.
The offer is open from today until Thursday 31st of March, so if you’re feeling the pinch on your monthly data limits head over to Virgin Mobile and check out their offer.
