Lenovo has announced a new range of Android tablets at Mobile World Congress this week, announcing three new tablets in 7, 8 and 10-inch sizes, called the TAB3 7 and TAB3 8 and TAB3 10 Business.
As the name suggests, the 10″ model is aimed at the business market, with the 7″ and 8″ models aimed at the family market. Lenovo is pre-loading Android 6.0 on all three tablets, with the Tab3 7 and Tab 3 8 both getting Kid Mode and Multi-User support, while the Tab3 10 comes with Android For Work support which offers an array of security and encryption options.
Lenovo is powering the three tablets with Mediatek processors, with the Tab3 10 clocked at 1.3GHz, while the Tab3 7 and Tab3 8 gets a slightly slower 1GHz clock speed. All three will have Dolby Atmos speakers and come with microSD card slots making for a great media experience and come in Wi-Fi and LTE models, though support for Australian LTE bands is limited and we’ve traditionally not seen the LTE models released in Australia.
