With their second major ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ event scheduled to take place later this week, it appears Samsung still isn’t done announcing new products with an IFA press conference now set to go ahead on August 30th.
The press conference will take place in Berlin just prior to the opening of the biggest consumer electronics trade show in Europe – IFA. The invite shows a broad array of Samsung’s product line-up, including a TV, Fridge, Washer and of course the soon to be announced Galaxy Note 9.
Exactly what Samsung will announce at the event is up for interpretation. IFA is a broad show, with a broad cross-section of the consumer electronics world on display. Samsung has previously announced washers, dryers and other products as well as Gear smart watches, tablets and even the Galaxy Note phones.
With the Note 9 and Galaxy Watch expected to be launched this week, and the Tab S4 and Tab A 10.5 announced last week, there’s not a lot left to announce but Samsung is always one to surprise us and there is the rumoured Bixby smart speaker also still unannounced.
We’ll be checking out the announcement from Samsung when it goes live prior to IFA later this month to see just what they have in store.
