Vodafone is putting the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edgeup for presale tomorrow, and there’s some bonuses on offer for those who pre-order.
On the Galaxy Note 4, pricing starts at $10 a month on the $70 plan (over 24 months), up to $4 per month on the $100 plan.
The Galaxy Note Edge starts at $18 a month on the $70 plan, dropping to $12 a month on the $100 plan.
Customers who purchase the Note 4 between 15 and 29 October 2014, or a Note Edge between 15 October and 5 November, will receive a Samsung Level On Headset valued at $249 from Vodafone.
As a bonus for business customers — who usually miss out on special offers — if you bring your number across to Vodafone, you’ll receive three months free service on a 24 month plan, which could amount to well over $300.

plans just don’t seem to have any value anymore like this note 4 on a plan its $70+$10 plan its $1920 over 24 months. you could go on something like vodafone’s $35 sim only plan comes with 1gb of data, its only 10 bucks for every 1gb more would only cost you min of $840 if you wait 3 months the note 4 price will come down to a good price around $700 outright maybe less if you shop around so all up your minimum spend is $1540 saving about $380 plus you’re not locked into any contract optus is… Read more »

However, I agree with you that Oz carriers are no longer really competing – it’s all about 4G coverage it seems.
Maybe the Nexus 6 phablet will be a better bet?
$80 a month for the note 4 is too expensive. Sucks how they charge more and give less these day .
