Good news everyone who ordered Google’s latest premium tablet, the Pixel C and the keyboard accessory with customers beginning to receive notifications that orders are shipping.
Google appears to be right on the 1-2 Business days shipping estimate, with devices shipping out of Hong Kong now. Depending on which delivery method you chose – free has been known to ship through Aramex or Australia Post, while priority 1-3 Days is going through Toll – there’s no actual tracking information available for devices that have shipped as yet, but should be available in the next 12 hours or so.
We’re very much looking forward to checking out the Pixel C when it arrives, so stay tuned for a first impressions post as soon as the delivery driver leaves my driveway.
Mine just arrived and installing the system update. I guess we all know what stock Android Marshmallow looks like but I can say that the hardware is top-notch premium. Finally an Android tablet that in hardware / design / build-quality stacks up to the best from any other manufacturer (cough-Apple-cough).
Didn’t end up getting the keyboard stand as I can’t see a use-case for me personally so I’m hoping that at some point some other covers / stands are released either by Google or a third-party.
I ordered yesterday morning, got the email saying my device has been shipped last night but the tracking number doesn’t work.
I paod for express shipping, and supposedly it should be able to come tomorrow, but I doubt I’ll see it tomorrow.
