If you’re a HTC 10 owner you may have been watching with jealousy as the Nougat update started to roll out in the USA. Well be jealous no more, if you’re a little tech-savvy, have a Windows PC and don’t mind erasing all of your user data, then HTC has a gift for you.
HTC has updated their developer pages for the HTC 10 to include the ROM Update Utility (RUU) that updates the HTC 10 to Android 7.0. While not difficult this is not for the faint of heart, if you just can’t wait to get Android 7.0 upon your HTC 10 then head on over to HTC’s site and FOLLOW the instructions.

I believe RUU is for US version only?
There’s been word that the RUU doesn’t work too well with LTE in Australia (see the Australian HTC 10 forum on XDA) so I’d refrain from installing it.
Btw, any chance you guys could reach out to HTC for an update on Nougat release day for the Australian HTC 10s? π
