HTC’s surprise that they teased on their Taiwanese webpage has been unveiled and it’s the Sapphire Glass version of the HTC U Ultra which they announced back in January.
The slightly modified phone comes with an update to storage with up 128GB, as well as a sapphire glass display but has an updated price tag to match. The phone is available to order in Taiwan for $28,990 New Taiwan Dollars(NTD), or around $1,230 Australian dollars.
There is a small bonus for people paying the extra money for the Sapphire edition of the phone with a bonus keyring and leather flip case and HTC QC 3.0 fast charge power bank, all worth $3,000NTD thrown in:
The phone can be pre-ordered between the 3/20 – 3/28 with shipping beginning in early April.
