This afternoon, Ausdroid has received a giant parcel from Cygnett, makers of mobile phone cases. This package contained none other than the seven cases you can see shown above.
Once we get our hands on a Galaxy S4 review unit, we’ll be trying these cases out so you can make an informed choice about protection for what will probably be (a) the most popular smartphone of 2013 and (b) your next purchase. From a look at the cases before us, it looks like Cygnett’s put a good bit of effort into their work.
Freya Torrington, Cygnett’s Senior Product Manager explained, “As a complete collection, Cygnett’s Galaxy S4 range is designed to appeal to a range of different people – but this set of cases focusses on a sophisticated, professional aesthetic for S4 users, whether they’re using their phone in a traditional, corporate setting or a more relaxed, open workplace.”
Cygnett’s range of cases for the Galaxy S4 includes the following:
The sleek Lavish Executive encases the Galaxy S4 in a protective layer of microfiber and durable, high-quality leather-feel material. Enjoy boardroom style, landscape stand view and access to all functions. RRP $39.95 AUD
The soft microfiber flip case, FlipFiber, features a deluxe, microfiber that seamlessly wraps around the Galaxy S4. The uber-slim, counter-sunk card holder keeps a low profile, while the snap on chassis allows you to take calls with the cover closed. RRP $39.95 AUD
The Cache tactile flip case features complete device protection, with an integrated landscape stand and smooth, frosted canvas cover. The slim, counter-sunk card holder is perfect for a travel card or credit card. RRP $39.95 AUD
The high performance, UrbanShield genuine carbon fiber or brushed aluminium series make a statement. The dual material UrbanShield series for Galaxy S4 is precision-machined, slim fitting and protects against scratches. It allows access to all controls and apertures. RRP $34.95 AUD
The versatile Incline kickstand case allows hands free viewing for video on the Galaxy S4. Made from precision engineered PC and zinc alloy, the low profile design protects from shocks and scratches, and allows easy access to all controls. RRP $34.95 AUD
In addition to the cases above, there’s a further two lines called Form and Feel. The Form line are high-gloss hard-wearing cases in a range of jewel-inspired colours: Sapphire Blue, Ruby Pink, Onyx Black, Diamond White and Emerald Green.
The Feel line have a soft, rubberised finish which is quite enjoyable to hold, though perhaps a little harder to grip. Available in a range of pastels – Lilac, Mint, Fairy Floss, Charcoal and Black – these cases are sure to impress.
Both the Form and Feel lines are priced at $24.95 RRP.
Once we’ve had an opportunity to try these cases out with the Galaxy S4, we’ll be doing a giveaway of some kind to share some of Cygnett’s products with you.

i loved samsung galaxy s4 cases which can be seen here at http://www.squidoo.com/samsung-galaxy-s4-cases-you-would-love
No love for the HTC One ?
Not for us to demo at least.
I like the Ferrari case on eBay.
I’d still prefer a case from spigen~~
I do like what Spigen has to offer but the offering on the S3 is a little lacking IMO
I want to see something like the Element Case they do for the iPhone and be priced within reason
It does annoy me that Apple seems to be the gold standard for accesories in this day and age. I mean seriously, Android is leaps and bounds ahead. Stop treating us as second rate users.
