Real estate portal Domain has been at the forefront of technology for some years now, so it’s no surprise that they’ve already got a Google Assistant app up and running.
As usual you can find it in the Assistant app repository in your Google Home app by simply going to the nav drawer, selecting Explore and searching Domain. You can also just open up Google Assistant and say (or type) ‘Talk to Domain Real Estate’.
Unlike a few other Assistant apps we’ve checked out, there’s quite a bit that the Domain app can actually do. It can get you a price estimate or a valuation on a property, it also gives you suburb profiles, auction results and more. Our only feedback is the voice associated is a little flat, but it works…well, mostly it couldn’t find 4 bedroom houses in Monash, ACT instead giving me results in South Australia.
The Domain Real Estate Assistant app is listed as compatible with your phones, Google Home, on your TV and more, the only place it doesn’t list – where it may be useful – is the car on Android Auto, where you could ask it while you’re on the road looking at properties.
If you’re heading out to find a house, then you may want to check this one out.
