The legendary author Lewis Carroll, responsible for the books adored by millions of children worldwide Alice in Wonderland, would today (in the USA) be celebrating his 183rd Birthday. To celebrate, Google have put together what appears to be every book, audio book, app and yes; movies as well that are available on the Google Play Store and put them into a giant “Un-Birthday” sale in honour of this occasion.
I think it would be a challenge to find anyone who hasn’t seen Disney’s classic take on the children’s classic and for the $3.99 cost to rent it, there’s no reason not to sit down with your kids and watch it.
What other classic movies can you remember from your childhood you’d jump at if it came on sale on the Play Store?
