We haven’t said all that much about the Toshiba Thrive lately, or ever, but that has now changed as we’ve found out the 10.1-inch Honeycomb Tablet is now on sale at JB Hi-Fi and WOW Sight & Sound for $562 and $569 respectively. The Thrive is thicker than every other Honeycomb Tablet out there, measuring in at 15mm compared to 9-13mm on the devices such as the XOOM, Iconia Tab and Galaxy Tab 10.1(v).

The Thrive has your average Tegra 2 Dual-Core CPU, Android 3.0, USB 2.0 Port, HDMI-out, 16GB HDD, SD Card Reader and 1280×800 Capacitive Display. For a more in-depth look at the Toshiba Thrive check out the APC walkthrough.

Had a play with one of these and although the shape should be more natural to hold…. It just feels awkward and that awkward feeling is made worse by the placement of the camera in landscape mode.
Anyone got one of these? Do you get used to it?
