I’m not even sure how they do it, but Kogan are currently offering the Samsung Galaxy S II for $499 with free delivery. This isn’t a paid ad or anything like that, I’m just plain and simple amazed at the awesome price. I can’t imagine this deal will be around for too long, as they’re surely not making a tall profit from it.

The $499 pricetag is also a massive amount lower ($300 to be exact) than the $799+ amounts being offered by online retailers for the Galaxy Nexus, so if this is in your ballpark I recommend it, no matter where you buy it from.

To Grunger: You can buy the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia from several online phone & tech suppliers. The order only prohibits Samsung from selling it here in Australia. It seems like Kogan has bowed to pressure from Apple and removed the Tab from his stores, as Kogan now sells Apple phones & Pads. I and many others thought he was independent, but obviously not any more !!

From the product page: “This Product is offered and supplied by Kogan HK Limited”.

Like all/most of their non-Kogan branded product, this is a grey import from Hong Kong. You do get a good price but the tradeoff is that you don’t get warranty directly from the manufacturer. The warranty is provided through Kogan. I’m not criticising that in any way (I bought a grey import Canon SLR from Kogan) but just adding this info so that people make an informed choice.

Hmmm it seems to be the good GSGII with the good CPU and the good GPU too!

I hope they can get the Samsung 10.1 tab back on their catalogue.

Won’t be happening anytime soon, at least until the lawsuit is settled between Apple & Sammy.

Time for me to pop over to the Kogan website and see what else they can sell me. These prices I have seen you posting for them are pretty damn good.
