Yesterday we saw the invite to the launch event of the Padfone 2 in Taipei and Milan on October 16th, today Slashgear has found a photo on Mobile01 Forum which is apparently the back of the Padfone 2 box upon which are the specs apparently confirming the rumoured inclusion of the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU.

The other specs listed show the Padfone 2 as shaping up to be a pretty decent phone as well with LTE included(in certain regions), a whopping 13MP camera and a huge 2140mAh battery. Unfortunately no specs for the Tablet component of the Padfone combo are shown however we do have less than a month till the launch event so it won’t be long till we see the complete product and at the rate we’re going leak wise we may see those details beforehand as well.
Will it also take so long to get here that by the time it does, it will be obsolete? Just like the padphone 1?
