I am one of those people who have never really found our nation’s capital, Canberra, to be particularly beautiful, pretty, or even fun to visit. Perhaps this is a side-effect from having spent too much time working there, and not enough actually enjoying what was around me. Who knows.
When we stumbled across this beautiful web-based flyover of Canberra (a screen-grab of which you can see above), we were spellbound. Absolutely left lost for words. Some of the scenery is just breathtaking, and the combination of stunning imagery and complementary music makes for a wonderful experience.
Then, we dug a little deeper, and it seems as if LensAloft, the firm behind this experience, have actually done quite a number more of these which you can experience. We’ve set out some of the best ones below. Our advice is to open them full screen, and pan around. They work well on both desktop and mobile
