The Huawei P20 is set to be announced in Paris later this month and there does not seem to be much that we don’t know about it — we definitely now know how it looks thanks to perennial leaker, Evan Blass.

The new pictures show the differences between the three P20 models as well as a couple of different colours. The P20 has the now standard dual rear Leica camera setup and fingerprint sensor below the display on the front. The P20 Lite still has the dual rear camera but has the fingerprint sensor on the rear of the phone. The P20 Pro has a triple rear camera setup, with the third lens separate from the other two. It’s fingerprint sensor is in the same location as the P20, below the display on the front of the device.

All three models have the notch at the top of the phone but the side and top bezels are much smaller on the P20 and P20 Pro than the P20 Lite. The two tweets by Evan show each model in their respective black colour and their respective blue colour.

We are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the P20 which is expected to arrive with Kirin 970 chipset and a display of 5.7 inches for the P20 and 5.6 for the Lite. The expected pricing for these has also leaked in recent times and given Huawei’s push into the high end of the market along with their high quality build materials do not expect the top end of the P20 to be cheap.

Usually leaks can be taken with a grain of salt but considering the source (Evan Blass) and the official looking nature of the renders, you can lock this one in.

What do we all think of the P20? Good looking device or not for you?

Never thought I’d say it but Samsung is the only one with an original design this year so far….

Imitating the iPhone X design but adding a big chin to the bottom actually makes the phone look more inferior to an iPhone than if they had come up with an original design.
