JB, You’ve Done It Again. Hot on the heels of the Australian Google Store discounting the 128GB model of the Pixel 2 XL, JB Hi-fi has responded in kind, discounting the phone by $400.
The Pixel 2 XL 128GB in both Just Black and Black & White, has been discounted from its usual price of $1,549 to just $1,149. There’s no details on the end date of the deal, though Google’s promo offering a bonus Google Home Mini with the Pixel 2 XL lasts until the 1st of May at 6pm AEDT.
The Pixel 2 XL was perhaps the best phone of 2017, even despite some issues with the screen. The phone continues to have one of the best cameras on the market, even with the Galaxy S9+ now on the scene.
It’s a great price for a great phone, and if you’re in the market you should head into your local JB Hi-Fi or check out the website.
Charge $1549 for a phone that has burn in issues, speaker squeaking and crackling, no headphone jack, pretty ugly back colours, and the only upside is first in line for Android updates and a good camera…. not surprising that they don’t sell well.
