Boost Mobile has today announced a raft of new bonus data inclusions across their $30 and above plans, as well as introducing a new $70 plan with a massive 52GB of data included as standard.

We all love using data on the go, and the bonus data offer from Boost will see both new and migrating customers receive an additional 11GB of data added to their existing data caps for the first five $30+ recharges as part of a limited Christmas offer from Boost.

Jason Haynes, General Manager, Boost Mobile said of the new bonus data inclusion

We believe our winning combination is more data, more speed, more choice and 4G on the Telstra Mobile Network, Australia’s biggest. It comes at no surprise that Aussie’s rely on data each and every day, so we wanted to make sure we were offering more data across all our plans, as well as introduce a new price-point so that our customers have more choice, and can choose a plan that best suits their lifestyle.

The bonus data also applies to their new $70 plan which, like the rest of their plans also included unlimited calls and text to national standard numbers. The $70 plan includes 52GB of data by default, but as it qualifies for the bonus data Christmas offer you’ll receive 63GB per month to use for the first five recharges.

The new $70 plan also includes unlimited international calls to 20 destinations including New Zealand, the UK, USA, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and 100 minutes of international calls to 30 more countries including Malta, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Puerto Rico and more.

The only downside to any of the Boost plans is the 28 day rollover on their $20+ plans (the $10 is a 7-day plan), which throws out the monthly roll over for most people.

The new Boost offers, including the bonus data are live from today, with new customers able to pick up a SIM card from the Boost Mobile online store, or through AusPost, BigW, Coles, JB HiFi, Kmart, Target, 7 Eleven and Woolworths.

Can I keep rolling over my data forever so that I accumulate almost unlimited amount of data?

Still getting the shaft as an existing Boost customer I see. We’re still on the older pre-paid options which don’t include a lot of the newer data inclusions.

instead of being a moaning myrtle change your plan. they are month to month this is your own fault.

The do say on their website “Auto Recharge, Set it. Forget it. With auto recharge your phone will automatically recharge each month so you can get on with the more exciting stuff. Your recharge will be set to the same date each month. So if it is a 31 day month your recharge will last for 31 days!” So you can get a month out of it if you want.

    Percy

I think that just means it’ll auto recharge on that day, but the plan itself still expires in 28 days.

    Perhaps someone can confirm this.

    chris

No it does not, snoozin is correct, your thinking is incorrect.

I was with Boost Mobile and auto recharged on a set day each month and this is correct you get 30/31 days for the price of 28 days. Now that they’ve brought in data rollover there’s now another smart reason to auto recharge as you’ll keep all the GB’s that you didn’t use from the previous month.
It always surprised me that Boost Mobile never promoted this money saving advantage of auto recharge!!
