If you’re hanging out to hear what Samsung has to announce at their next Galaxy Unpacked event then you may want to head over to the Samsung Australia website where they’re asking those interested to sign up for updates.

The pre-registration page for the Galaxy Unpacked event is live, with Samsung Australia asking for your name and email address in order to send you the details when they’re available for public dissemination. The page requires you to agree to their Privacy Policy and accept that you’ll receive marketing information from Samsung – so yes, you’re signing up for a mailing list.

We’re expecting to see at least a Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and possibly a 5G enabled Galaxy S10 announced at the Galaxy Unpacked event which will be held on on February 21st (Australian time) in San Francisco. We may also see more details on the foldable Galaxy device they previously showed off during their Developer Conference in November last year.

I’ve signed up previously for Samsung’s mailing list and it’s not overly aggressive with the volume of advertising they send, though if you vehemently hate email spam then you may just want to keep your eye out on Ausdroid where we’ll bring you all the launch details once they’re available.

To sign up you can head over to samsung.com/au/galaxy/.

Why do I need spam from Samsung when I can just read updates here?
