Totally agree. iOS devices get updates available from day 1 on recent devices. The selling features of OneUI is that it gets timely updates. Not acceptable that Android 10 was released 4 months ago and it comes with the previous OS. It had want to be able to be installed after opening!

HMD need to hang their heads in shame, for releasing this AndroidOne device on Android 9.
