Mobvoi is most well known for their TicWatch range of Wear OS smartwatches, They however see themselves as an artificial intelligence Wearable company and have released several other devices. This week they are heading back to their crowdfunding origins to offer their latest fully wireless earbuds, the Mobvoi Earbuds Gesture.

The Bluetooth 5.0 device provides independent device connection (eg dedicated BT connection to the L and R bud separately), gesture controls, touch controls, 10 hours battery life plus recharges in the case for a total of 50 hours playback, dual-mic noise cancellation, USB-C charging and for the first time for Mobvoi wireless earbuds, a black colour option.
The Earbuds gesture uses the stalk style design with user swappable tips where the touch control is embedded along the stem. It’s great to see that Mobvoi allow independent operation of the buds, meaning that you can choose to use either the Left or Right bud independently of the other, combined with gesture control these may be some of the most versatile single buds we’re ever seen.
