Leading technology brand OPPO has announced the upcoming release of the OPPO Reno12 Series and Watch X in Australia, marking a significant step forward in mobile and wearable technology. The Reno12 Series, featuring advanced AI capabilities, a 6.7-inch OLED display, and 80W SUPERVOOC™ Flash Charge, will include the OPPO Reno12 priced at $799 and the OPPO Reno12 Pro at $999. Complementing these phones, the OPPO Watch X, priced at $699, offers dual-frequency GPS, comprehensive health monitoring, and an impressive battery life of up to 100 hours.

The Reno12 and Reno12 Pro introduce cutting-edge GenAI features, emphasising OPPO’s commitment to making AI technology more accessible. These models boast a futuristic fluid design with a high-strength alloy framework, ensuring enhanced durability against drops, pressure, and water. Powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy mobile platform, co-developed by MediaTek and OPPO, the Reno12 Series promises exceptional power efficiency and performance.

One of the standout features of the Reno12 Series is the inclusion of OPPO’s 80W SUPERVOOC™️ Flash Charge technology, paired with a 5,000mAh battery—the highest energy density battery in the Reno Series to date. This combination ensures ultra-long battery life and rapid charging, maintaining optimal battery performance for up to four years.

OPPO’s commitment to AI is evident in the Reno12 Series, which incorporates a suite of innovative GenAI features. The updated AI Eraser allows users to remove unwanted objects and people from photos with a simple tap. AI Studio offers creative possibilities by generating digital avatars and artistic portrait styles from a single photo. Advanced GenAI technology can reopen closed eyes and restore high-definition facial details for group photos, ensuring no moment is missed.

The Reno12 and Reno12 Pro sport a sleek design with a space-age silver exterior. The rear glass panel, crafted with OPPO’s Fluid Ripple Texture, mimics the effect of rippling water. These models cater to diverse aesthetic preferences and are available in additional colours like Black, Brown, and Nebula Black.

Both models feature a 6.7-inch, 120Hz OLED display, capable of showcasing up to 1.07 billion colours. The Reno12 Pro’s Infinite View Screen, with its quad micro-curve design, offers exceptional comfort and immersive visuals. Equipped with a Sony LYT-600 sensor, the main camera ensures clear and stable shots, while the Reno12 Pro’s 50MP Telephoto Portrait Camera and advanced AI Portrait Retouching effects elevate the photography experience.
