JBL’s Link range of Google Assistant enabled speakers has been joined by a high-end model with the JBL Link 500 now available to purchase for $569.95.
The speaker contains four speakers – two x 89mm woofers and two x 20mm tweeter with a total output power of four x 15W. There’s support for dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless connections, and on-board controls
The speaker has far-field voice recognition with support for Google Assistant, allowing you to access all your smart home controls, streaming music and search with your voice. It’s also Chromecast compatible, allowing you to cast your favourite multimedia apps to the speaker for a big sound.
The RRP may be $569.95 but that’s not what you should pay, with Harvey Norman offering the speaker from just $397 in both Black or White colour options.

$397 at HN?! Far out, that’s good value. My Link 20 has been great.
