The Google Pixel 4a 5G and the Pixel 5 are just a matter of a week away from being officially announced but that hasn’t stopped it being listed online already by various retailers.
Overnight listings have appeared on a couple of European websites including Computer Universe, More Computers and BT showing not just the colours but also storage options.
If the listings are to be believed the Pixel 5 will arrive in white, black and apparently a green colour — it seems the model number of the white and the green are the same suggesting that one of these listings is wrong and we will only see a black version and a white or green version.
The Pixel 4a 5G is listed as available in white and black with availability beginning on October 14. The pricing we are already aware of here in Australia with the Pixel 4a 5G starting at $799 and we expect the Pixel 5 to start around the $1000 mark.
It is just over a week now until the Made By Google event and we are looking forward to it — to seeing what Google have in store for us this year. Hopefully a lot more innovation in the software space considering their Motion Sense did not survive for more than a year.
