Facebook has today expanded availability of their Moments app, an app designed to help you share memories of an event between groups of friends.
Launched in June as a US-only exclusive, the app is now available everywhere, making it easy to capture moments with your friends and then share your pictures and view theirs.
The expanding of availability to more regions isn’t the only new thing in Moments, with the Facebook team delivering some new functions in the app:
- Create a new moment by tapping the plus button at the top right.
- Use Moments in your language. The app is now translated into more than 30 different languages.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements.
Additionally, it appears a new feature, as reported by TechCrunch, will let you create a music video from six or more photos. Once created you can then share your video to a variety of places.
The Facebook Moments app is now available to install for everyone from Google Play, check it out and see what you think.
