Sometimes its possible that you might just need a new phone, and you don’t want to spend up big. The good news is you don’t have to spend super big to get a great phone, and Samsung’s Galaxy S10e is an example of this.

Phil reviewed it a bit earlier this year, and found it to be an excellent, more affordable version of the premium S10 range handsets. It’s a good $500 cheaper than much of the range, and offers much the same features.

If you’re looking for a great premium phone without the huge premium price tag, Optus has a great deal on the Galaxy S10e this month.

$64 a month gets you a 128GB Samsung Galaxy S10e on a 30GB plan. Included are an Optus Sport subscription, and a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds valued at $249 as well.

Considering:

  • the Samsung Galaxy S10e currently sells for $999 itself,
  • the total cost of Optus’ plan over 24 months is $1,536, and
  • the included value of the Galaxy Buds at a$249

You’re effectively paying just $12 a month for a 30GB plan. Put another way, if you were going to buy the Galaxy S10e and Galaxy Buds anyway, this gives you a dirt cheap phone plan as well for little extra.

To grab this deal, you need to sign up before November 25, and redeem your free Galaxy Buds by November 30.

After another bargain? Telstra has just knocked $432 off the 512GB Galaxy S10+ plans, offering an $18/mo saving on the 24 month repayments. With those savings, it’s cheaper than the 128GB model, and that’s huge value.

Since upgrading from an S7 to an S10e I have had nothing but trouble. Mid phone calls the S10e either diverts to my Galaxy Watch or goes automatically on hold. I had no issues with the S7 and have tried dozens of suggestions to try and fix the problem. This is driving me nuts. Even Samsung have been useless with advice. All advice on line is for S10 or S10+. Where did this S10e come from? Samsung really need to provide much better post sale support. Not Happy.
