Nexus 9 Keyboard Cover
The HTC built Nexus 9 is coming, that seems a certainty, and the existence of a Keyboard Cover accessory caused quite the positive stir when it leaked earlier this month. The keyboard cover looked great in the drawings provided, but look even better in the flesh, with the cover heading past the Chinese based National Communications Commission (NCC) for certification.

According to Android Police who first came across the keyboard cover, the model # UG0B matches with the one supplied by VR-Zone who found the photos on the NCC database.

There’s no look at the hinge of the case, which we’ve previously heard will contain a battery, as well as a microUSB port for charging. As the photos above suggest, there appears to be two variants of the keyboard layout being tested.

We’ll have to keep an eye on the Bluetooth SIG for more details about the cover, but this is a good look anyway. Now, when can we get our hands on the tablet and cover Google?

Which keyboard layout do you think suits you best? Or does it matter?

My Nexus 7 2012 crapped out on me a couple of months ago. Help me out here google!

Andrew

This has been a long wait. I have my Nexus 7 (2013) but we got that in July last year. It’s now middle of September and I’m getting the shakes waiting for this thing.

My one is the N7’12 and that was bought in July too. I hope this extra time is worth the wait. I need a new Tablet and want to find out what this one looks like prior to committing to one. Work would like me to commit to an iPad but I don’t want to go to another ecosystem. I sincerely hope the N9 has BoomSound with Stereo speakers.
