Vodafone have lowered the price of the HTC Sensation XL to $0 upfront on their $29 Vodafone Cap. You don’t get much in the way of included credit and data — $180 and 200MB — but the overall price over 24 months is $696, which isn’t all that bad in the grand scheme of things. The offer is available via Vodafone’s online store, so don’t go into your local store demanding one.

Although the Sensation XL is running Android 2.3 currently, HTC has promised to upgrade it to Android 4.0 in the (possibly near) future. Also note that the Beats Audio headphones aren’t included, however, if you’re really stupid desperate, you can purchase them for $299.

Its a good deal, but more for the entry/new to android user. Correct me if I’m wrong its an internal hdd 16gb and I read somewhere that the data partition takes up half of that storage with no comprimize.. again I could be wrong.. but if, that’s not the case then this would of been next phone when they had the solo beats promo going.

Still my fav HTC phone despite being low res and single core. Now it’s a bargain. Just add an member internet pack from here
http://www.vodafone.com.au/personal/vodafone-central/mobile-internet-pack/index.htm and you’re cruising. The rates are excellent. You’d just want to check you’re in a good coverage area.
