Galaxy Note 3
The three major carriers in Australia have now made their plans for the Galaxy Note 3 available for the public, with Optus now announcing that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is now available for pre-order online, instore or over the phone.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be available from October 3rd in Jet Black or Classic White on a range of My Plans, Optus are advising that the phone can be purchased on a 24 month contract connected to the $80 per month My Plan with a $10 per month handset repayment (after a $20 monthly phone credit). The plan includes unlimited text and MMS to Australian Mobiles as well as 2GB of data and 800 minutes worth of calls. If however you’re looking to purchase the phone outright you can purchase it for $949.

Optus has not mentioned anything about the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch with their announcement, we have asked Optus if they intend to carry the device and will update this post with their answer.

If the $80 per month My Plan doesn’t suit your needs, then head over to the Optus Galaxy Note 3 pre-order website and check out the other plans on offer to find one that is best for you.
