Samsung 2
Samsung will be unveiling their Galaxy Note 7 handset in a couple of weeks on August 2nd. In the lead-up to launch though we’re going to see a number leaks and in this one we see the actual phone in action.

Before we get to the phone in use though, an updated render of the Blue Coral version of the Galaxy Note 7 has appeared online, thanks again to leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks). The original leak with Blue Coral also came from Evan, who previously showed off the Note 7 in Black Onyx and Silver Titanium as well. This latest leak shows the bottom of the phone with the bottom facing speaker, 3.5mm headphone jack (that’s one up on other manufacturers) and USB-C connector.

As you can see in this pic, there’s also a port for the Note 7 Stylus, which we hope has been engineered so that it won’t go back inside the phone the wrong way as we saw happen on the Note 5 and the notorious ‘Pen-Gate’ furore.

Now, for the grand finale, it seems that a video of the Note 7 being used has been found. The video is apparently a test of the Olixar Curved Glass Screen Protector. There’s not a real lot in the video, but it shows the phone if you’re interested in seeing it before the official launch.

Samsung will be unwrapping the Galaxy S7 on the 2nd of August at 11am in New York City – that’s 1am AEST on the 3rd of August here in Australia. Join us for the launch, which will be steamed live on Samsung’s YouTube site and we’ll check it out as soon as we can.
