Google Play App Deal of the Week
There’s not much to say here really, Earth HD Deluxe is a live wallpaper that the developer says ‘brings you the most beautiful and peaceful view of our planet’.
The wallpaper has different themes though, so it’s a little bit different than the stock Pixel Earth view live wallpaper. In Earth HD Deluxe you can also get Classic, Realistic, Future, Post-apocalyptic and even Frozen earth. They include realistic atmosphere and stars in the background.
There’s no In-App Purchases or anything to mar your experience with this wallpaper, so for 20c, it’s a pretty good looking wallpaper. I use the Pixel earth live wallpaper, but for 20c I like the idea of the post-apocalyptic view.
Google Play Game Deal of the Week
If you’re an old-school gamer you’ll probably already have this gem, but if not here’s your chance to own it on Android. Another World is one of my favourite PC games from the old days and it was ported over to Android a while back. Now you can buy it for just 20c.
If it looks familiar but Another World doesn’t ring any bells, it was released in some places as Out of This World. The game is fairly straight forward, but the switch to a mobile game meant that the developers had to add in new touch controls fro Android. There’s three difficulty levels and the original sound effects were ported over.

The game for just 20c will keep you entertained for a fairly long time, and I’ll admit to playing it through a few times. Check it out on Google Play while the sale lasts.
Dan’s Deal of the Week
I’ve been doing free apps for a while, but this week you’ll have to pay a little money, but as my mother used to say “It’s been discounted so much it’s like they’re paying you to take it!” The app is called Human Anatomy Atlas 2017, it may not be your cup of tea, but it’s normally $35.99 so at just $1.39 it’s a bargain.
It’s more an app for people in health services, with the app including ‘3D models, cross sections, MRI scans, cadaver images, 3D moving models of muscles and bones, physiology animations, and more!’

Excited to play the Another World. Been eye-ing for this game for long.
I don’t think that Earth HD wallpaper is worth even two bob. And that Human Anatomy price is just the beginning, there is more in app purchases so I didn’t bother.
Definitely just the beginning for Human Anatomy, but a good app. I grabbed it, not sure why, but I did.
