For those of you who actively use Allo for web, there’s some good news. The Google messaging platform now includes GIF functionality to send amusing GIFs to your friends.

The additional functionality brings Allo into line with the other major messaging platforms (in terms of this particular functionality at least) and shows that there is a continued push from Google to improve the functionality of Allo and make it a viable messaging platform for a larger user base.

Aside from multiple device support, what does Allo need before you’ll jump onboard as a primary messaging system?
