A mere five months after it appeared on the Google Play Store in the US, the Google Home Mini wall mounting bracket is finally available in Australia.

The Incipio Google Home Mount isn’t available through the Google Store, instead through Australian distributor syntricate.com.au. The mount is priced at AU$34.95 with free express shipping. It’s a little more expensive than the $14.99USD it sells for on the US Google Store – but that’s commerce.

The mount is made from durable polycarbonate with a TPU edge to hold your Google Home Mini securely in place. Two countersunk screw holes on the rear are pre-drilled to ensure you can attach the mount securely to the wall and the mount allows access to the microUSB charging port on the Home Mini.

If this is a little rich for your tastes, there are other options available to mount your Google Home Mini – some of which attach to the powerpoint with no need to screw it to a wall.

If you’re interested in an Incipio Google Home Mini wall mount you can head over to the Syntricate website to check it out.

That’s hilarious. There are heaps of mounts like that on thingiverse. (I wonder if incipio copied them because I think there were there before the incipio one came out) You can have the thingiverse ones printed out for a few dollars. Now THAT’S commerce!

$34.95 for a wall mount?!? With The Good Guys voucher offer a couple of weeks ago, I could buy an entire Google Home mini with an included $20 voucher for $50!
